Today, I actually vacationed. I read a silly book all am, went to lunch, did last xmas shopping, filled out xmas cards, and went to the PO. That means I didn't work on the rec ltr - sorry Suzy.
It's the first time, ever, I think that I've posted xmas cards before xmas. I feel very grown-up about it, too. I KNOW, I KNOW...they won't arrive by xmas, but at least it won't be AFTER the new year.

4. I LOVE to give presents, but feel uncomfortable getting them.
3. We drive 2 hours each way to each family for xmas. Math: 2x2+2x2= 8 hours of driving.
2. I remember maybe having 5 white xmases in my 36 years. Most of those were icy.
1. My favorite part about xmas is the stocking.
I'm feeling guilty about not doing any work for school. But, I engage in cookery all the time. That counts.

You should enjoy vacation...no rush on the letter.
I went and saw the lights at zoo. Two and half hours of walking around. I am still cold. But I saw a vulture and an eagle and a polar bear's ass. Who could ask for more.
