1. I will run in the Memorial 5k fun run in April.
2. I will start running again (see #1)...at least 3 times/week
3. I will organize my time better so that I have more time to do more academic stuff for myself.
4. I will eat more colors of food.
5. I will pay more attention to my marriage.
These all seem reasonable since I was up to 2 miles in September, I'm settled into my job more, I'm a vegetarian, and l like to spend time with my spouse.
