Day 5

I'm doing OK. I've got my pain meds stretched to 5 hours. And, I can walk to the bathroom without being afraid of falling on the crutches. I'm exhausted, still, tho. And, my knee feels huge and swollen and tight and itchy. very uncomfortable, but manageable...

tmw, I go to PT for the first time, and I'll be glad cause then I can come home and take a real shower.

k took me for a spin in the wheelchair around the block yesterday and this am. We're going again this evening, so I don't go bat sheet crazy.

I told K he has to take pics tmw as the bandages come off...I'll post, of course.

Kudos to K...he's been a trooper through all of this.
