So, on the way home from PT today, we'll get some of those things.
I did sit in the sunshine and had a cookie...those are supposed to help, too.
Goals are good for feeling blue, so here's mine for today:
1. get mood boosting food
2. start reading "the Golden Compass" series of 3 books
3. take a shower
4. make a plan for academic writing for this summer

PT went ok. I got on a stationary bike, but couldn't go all the way around, so I rocked back and forth. And, I got a machine to bring home with me...to zap my pain away and to zap my quad into working. I'm in alot of pain.
