long day

dept. mtg. from hell today. at least summer teaching is optional - something to look forward to.

advising is going well...some complicated cases today. lots of pregnancies to work schedules around. summer loving, i guess.

got some of my editing work done tonight and have about 5 essays to grade for class tmw. the days aren't long enough and I wasted Sunday's extra hour on Californication.

Thursday is an open mic day. I'm going to read some of my old poetry from undergrad...should be a hoot for my students.
